Request for Proposals for Website Redesign

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit a qualified web design and development firm to redesign the Chesapeake Bay Trust’s website (www.cbtrust.org).

The Chesapeake Bay Trust seeks a modern, visually engaging, accessible, secure, and user-friendly website that effectively communicates our mission and impact to a variety of stakeholders, supports our grantmaking programs, increases donor engagement, and improves the experience for all visitors. The redesigned website should meet current accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), follow modern web design and development best practices, and provide an intuitive content management system that allows staff to easily maintain and update content.

Deadline for proposals is August 21, 2026.

Request for Qualifications for Tree-Planting Service Providers

The purpose of this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is to develop a list of qualified tree service providers that can support various technical aspects of a tree planting project in underserved urban areas with, e.g., (site identification, tree species selection, procurement, obtaining services, and managing contractors). Ultimately, the goal is to provide groups applying to the Chesapeake Bay Trust Urban Trees Grant Program with resources and support in a number of areas as related to their tree planting efforts.

Deadline for proposals is ROLLING.
