The City of Annapolis will be partnering with the Chesapeake Bay Trust on their Stormwater Facility Maintenance Support Program to provide a one-time maintenance opportunity for property owners with best management practices (BMPs) in need of maintenance assistance.

Maintenance of these BMPs is ultimately the responsibility of you as the property owner, but the City and the Trust recognize there are barriers to maintaining BMPs so we are offering this one-time maintenance assistance. The Trust and the City will connect selected property owners to selected maintenance contractors to coordinate the maintenance or surveying/verifying process. Support will be in the form of a cost share model with the selected contractors. The quantity of BMPs each year will be based on the availability of funds.
